Home Fair
The trade fair Home Fair took place in hall parts A, B and C. It gave the Swiss home electronics industry a new platform with an exhibition area (50 exhibitors), training courses, lectures and other informative program items.
The newly founded Home Switzerland association is behind the format. “Today, there are hardly any retailers who only sell consumer electronics or only small appliances,” says Home Switzerland co-president and Panasonic Switzerland CEO Philipp Maurer. Retailers have been hybrid for a long time, he says, covering several assortment groups. “That’s exactly what we want to map with the Home Fair.”
